CBC FURNISHING
We provide fully furnished offices with high quality ergonomic furniture. Recently decorated and comfortable rooms and fully equipped common areas and meeting rooms on every floor for a productive work environment. We offer single work station, double work station and triple work station office solutions. All our offices come with external windows.
CBC COMMON AREAS
We clean all common areas on a daily basis and all rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis by our inhouse cleaners. Fully equipped kitchen and business lounges and lobby areas are maintained on a daily basis for our resident guests.
CBC UTILITIES
At City Business Centre you do not need to worry about all the utilities including electricity, water, heating, cooling, drinking water and municipal taxes. We take care of all these monthly bills and regular maintenance of all our facilities and equipment. All common areas within the building are fully insured for public liability and theft and secure locks are in use at all times. Individual contents in serviced offices excluding the furniture and fittings are however the client’s responsibility.
CBC MANAGEMENT
The Business Centre Management is based on the ground floor of the building and comprise of the General Manager, the Customer Relationship Manager, accountant and administration staff. Our management team is at your disposal to handle all matters hands on and with immediate service. Our staff will greet you and welcome your visitors during normal working hours.
CBC BUSINESS LOUNGE
On the ground floor we operate the CBC Business Lounge. This area is often used by our clients and guests as a waiting room or for casual meetings. The Business Lounge comes with free use of our Coffee Centre and fast internet and offers dining facilities.
CBC IT SUPPORT
Our focus is to keep you productive with up to date IT and Voice technology and equipment. At CBC we offer you continually maintained and upgraded networks at no additional cost to you. All equipment is stored in a purposely built, climatized and secure server room. It is possible to store your personal server in our basement server room at an additional monthly charge. CBC cannot be held responsible for data damage or loss or to your equipment within any of the CBC premises. Wifi and secured sockets are available in all rooms and common areas within the CBC. Our IT support team are close by at all times to assist our clients.
CBC SECURITY AND PERFORMANCE
We offer 1000 MPS bandwidth speed and professional wifi modems in all parts of the business centre. At CBC you can rely on privacy and peace of mind while our reception staff handle your calls and messages for you during working hours. Note during non working hours you may either call forward your own calls from your own handset or request our CBC staff to do this whenever necessary. All internet traffic runs on our closed private network independent from all other tenants in the building
CBC VIDEO CONFERENCING & PRESENTATION EQUIPMENT
Our technical support staff can quickly set up equipment for video conferencing in any office or meeting room with short notice. Similarly highest quality projector equipment can be rented on an hourly basis for all our meeting rooms.
CBC STORAGE POD FACILITIES
We offer private or shared storage space in our basement according to your needs and delivery or collection service by our staff or independent couriers. We provide general insurance for our storage areas but we recommend high value items to be insured specifically by the client. Please note for security reasons access to storage is strictly during our working hours with the escort of a CBC staff member.

We work closely with in house associates and external service providers to offer our clients with Total Solutions. Our associates are experts in their field and will meet you on site or virtually to serve your needs.
